In Ruteng, the place to be is definitely Kopi Mane Inspiration. This cozy café is a cute wooden establishment offering some of the best local coffee in the island. This includes beans of the juria variety, which only grows in this region. They also have several ways to prepare coffee, including ginger coffee. On top of that serve delicious food, so don’t skip this Ruteng star! I really recommend the goat soup.
